Since 2014, the University of Münster in partnership with the AWA Foreign Trade Academy has offered an online Master’s designed for customs professionals who are aiming for a career as strategic customs managers. The
Master of Customs, Taxation and International Trade Law
has been recognised at national, European and international levels by:
- AQAS e.V. agency for quality assurance in Germany
- World Customs Organization (WCO) as fulfilling its PICARD Professional Standards for Strategic Managers
- European Commission within its European Customs Competency Framework
Graduates will be awarded the degree Master of Customs Administration (MCA) from the Law Faculty of the University of Münster, ranked among the finest.
The MCA programme is offered each year in October. Applications should be submitted at least four weeks in advance.
This free information webinar allows you to learn more about the online Master’s programme from Prof. Dr. Hans-Michael Wolffgang (Academic Director) and Dr. Christopher Dallimore (Head of Studies). Of course, you can also ask questions about the program during the webinar, which will be answered by Prof. Wolffgang and Dr. Dallimore.

Target group
The course is open to customs practitioners from the private and public sectors. The target group includes the employees of commercial companies, customs brokers, officials from customs administrations, financial and business ministries and regional and international organizations.

Before the webinar
Please read the system requirements and have them checked by your IT department. Please carry out a system test. You can find information about this here.
After the successful system test, please register for your webinar via the AWA website. Shortly after the webinar registration you will receive a confirmation of receipt and then a registration confirmation by e-mail.
One to two days before the webinar, you will receive an e-mail with an access link to your webinar and the AWA Cloud. From the AWA Cloud, you can quickly and easily download the training documents for the webinar in PDF format.
Click on the access link a few minutes before the official start of the webinar. You will be taken to a virtual waiting room. As soon as the transmission is started by our organizer, you will automatically participate.
During the webinar
A chat function gives you the opportunity to communicate with the speaker during the webinar. During certain webinars, communication with the speaker is also possible via the microphone/telephone. Our speaker will show the presentation live. Usually, you can also see the speaker via livestream.

After the webinar
