Information on the evaluation system

Every AWA customer has the opportunity to take part in an online evaluation following a seminar. The evaluation can be used to assess the lecturers, the event organisation and, of course, the seminar content. The star rating for a seminar is calculated from the completed evaluations. The number of stars a seminar receives depends on which partial ratings a seminar has achieved in the evaluation (lecturer rating, rating of seminar content and seminar documents, etc.). All evaluation results for free seminars since 1 January 2016 are shown on our website using the star rating. AWA FOREIGN TRADE ACADEMY attaches great importance to a high standard of performance. For this reason, the evaluation results are subject to continuous monitoring. As soon as deviations in the performance standard are identified, we act immediately and make improvements. AWA has installed a comprehensive quality management system, which is part of our DIN ISO 29993:2017 certification and helps us to continuously control, measure and improve the quality of our training courses.
