On the second day of the U.S. Export Controls – Update 2027 conference, participants can expect a wealth of knowledge on U.S. dual-use export controls and U.S. sanctions.

German and European companies trading with the USA are forced to come into contact with U.S. export control law. At the conference, experts on U.S. law will teach you how to assess the current U.S. export control policy and what conclusions you can draw from it for your trade transactions. Furthermore, you will be able to assess whether there is a need for action regarding your exports, re-exports or other transactions. You will also be able to better assess sanctions developments thanks to the update.
