Update on U.S. Dual-use Export Controls and U.S. Sanctions

On the second day of the U.S. Export Controls – Update 2026 conference, participants can expect a wealth of knowledge on U.S. dual-use export controls and U.S. sanctions.

You can look forward to hearing from high-calibre international experts who will show you which developments will be relevant for you and your foreign trade business in 2026. You can also look forward to an intensive dialogue with the team of experts from industry and the BIS, OFAC and others (tbc) and the other participants!

The Export Control Update 2026 will also take place at the Radisson Blue Hotel Frankfurt directly after the U.S. Export Controls Updates. Participation is also possible online.

your benefit

German and European companies trading with the USA are forced to come into contact with U.S. export control law. At the conference, experts on U.S. law will teach you how to assess the current U.S. export control policy and what conclusions you can draw from it for your trade transactions. Furthermore, you will be able to assess whether there is a need for action regarding your exports, re-exports or other transactions. You will also be able to better assess sanctions developments thanks to the update.
